Guests enjoy secure keyless entry, individual access codes for each unit, and thoughtful shared amenities including a sitting area between floors and free washers and dryers.
This one-bedroom apartment was recently updated with two double beds and fluffy linens. The art-deco style bathroom was restored in 2026. We carefully chose the decor to enhance the historic character of our building and added modern conveniences like SmartTV. The freshly remodeled kitchen has all of the essentials you need to feel at home, including bar-style seating.
If you are booking for a larger family or friend group, consider renting neighboring units in our building. You can have group adventures and then recharge in your own private spaces.
Frankfort, the capital city of Kentucky, is located in-between the major metropolitan cities of Louisville and Lexington. South Frankfort is desired by travelers because our quaint, fun downtown is full of locally-owned restaurants, bars, shops, museums and historic sites. Stroll quiet, tree-lined streets to the State Capitol, the Governor's Mansion and the Kentucky Flower Clock. Then walk across the scenic Capitol Avenue Bridge to enjoy a meal and tasting at Bourbon on Main with its view of the State Capitol.

Please care for our recently re-enameled historic tubs and sinks. Please avoid harsh chemicals, dyes and bleaches. We provide Dawn antibacterial soap which is the best cleaner for historic tubs and sinks. We also provide a no-suction cup, nonslip mat for the tub.
This building is accessed through an outside door with keyless entry. Each unit also has its own keyless entry code. There is a sitting area between floors for meeting and socialization. The well lit, safe basement has free washers and dryers for guest use.
We are owner-managed with pride. We will be down the street during your stay and are eager to answer any of your questions. We look forward to welcoming you!
