We are situated in the heard of the lovely capital city of Kentucky, with its nearby local attractions, delicious restaurants and famous bourbon distilleries. The neighbourhood

Stroll quiet, tree-lined streets to the State Capitol, the Governor's Mansion and the Kentucky Flower Clock. Then walk across the scenic Capitol Avenue Bridge to enjoy a meal and tasting at Bourbon on Main with its view of the State Capitol.

Please care for our recently re-enameled historic tubs and sinks. Please avoid harsh chemicals, dyes and bleaches. We provide Dawn dish soap which is the best cleaner for historic tubs and sinks. We also provide a no-suction cup, nonslip mat for the tub.

This building is accessed through an outside door with keyless entry. Each unit also has its own keyless entry code. There is a sitting area between floors for meeting and socialization. The well lit, safe basement has free washers and dryers for guest use.
